By accessing and using ReelsDown (the "Service"), available at reelsdown.app (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReelsDown ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years in the European Economic Area) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

ReelsDown provides a free online tool that allows users to download publicly available video content from Instagram, including but not limited to Reels, Stories, IGTV, and regular video posts. Our Service acts as a technical intermediary to facilitate access to content that is already publicly available on the Instagram platform.

We do not host, store, or distribute any Instagram content. We simply provide a means for users to save publicly available content for personal, offline viewing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Only download content that is publicly available and that you have the right to access
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders
  • Use downloaded content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have explicit permission from the content owner
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

  • Use the Service in violation of Instagram's Terms of Service

Content Ownership: We do not claim ownership of any content accessed through our Service. All videos, images, and other media remain the property of their respective owners and creators. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to download and use any content obtained through our Service. Downloading copyrighted content without permission may violate copyright laws.

Our Content: The Service itself, including its design, features, and original content (excluding third-party content), is owned by ReelsDown and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR QUALITY OF CONTENT FROM INSTAGRAM

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or function without interruption. Instagram may change its platform at any time, which may affect the functionality of our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ReelsDown AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content downloaded through the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any third-party content, websites, or services accessed through the Service

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelsDown and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you download using the Service.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party websites or services.

11. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising revenue. By using the Service, you agree that we may display advertisements, including those served by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelsDown operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReelsDown regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
